Three year course (Degree course in Hospitality Management)

Eligibility : 12th pass with 50 percent marks and English as one of the subject
Course Duration : three years. One year Temporary residence permit (TRP) initially issued in first year, after that will be renewed after receipt of fees for next session).
Guaranteed internship with paid lodging, boarding and accommodation till 31st October is being provided. After that student is free to find job for himself as he can legally work anywhere for twenty hours a week, we will also provide placement assistance.
Registration charges : Euro 150 (Non refundable, towards documentation and courier charges)
Course fees : 3500 Euros per annum

One year course (Advance Diploma in Practical Hospitality Management)

Eligibility : Degree / Diploma / Certificate in hospitality management with experience to cover gap in study in hospitality sector.
Course Duration : One year and renewable with one year TRP initially
Internship as above in three year course.
Registration Charges : Euro 150 (non refundable, towards documentation and courier charges)
Course Fees : Euro 3500 per annum

One year Super Specialization Course
(for Highly qualified hospitality management professionals who have already worked abroad / experienced in five star or seven star properties)

• Eligibility : As above with required educational qualifications backed up with experience certificates.
  
• Course duration : One year and renewable with one year TRP.
  
• Internship option is there but candidate is free to find higher paying option if he thinks he is capable. Registration Charges: Euro 150.(non refundable, towards documentation and courier charges)Course fees: Euro 3500 per annum.

Internship Avenues

We will be providing internship opportunities in many 4 & 5 star Holiday Resorts in Greece. Therefore, you will be working directly and gaining valuable experience with various Hotels and resorts all over Greece. We have internship opportunities in field of Animators & Entertainers, Sports instructors, Waiters, Barmen, Receptionists, Bellboys, Chambermaids etc.

As we have representation from School of Hospitality Management, we can teach them what is to be done, during the placement of the staff in their positions.

We work within the legal framework of Greece and we guarantee that our supervisors and management personnel shall constantly oversee, administer and have close contact with the Hotel management, staff and students provided.

As you work and get experience, on the sunny islands of Greece, all students shall receive a certificate from the Academy of Hospitality Management. Students will be placed on practical training during course and gain valuable practical experience.

All Course fees are without air tickets and all Expenses for Visa process are to be borne by candidates and are non-refundable including Registration Charges.

A net Internship stipend of Euro 400- per month will paid to trainees for the course duration during Internship.

The students will be directed to the hotel of placement, which shall be the reporting place, where they shall be expected by the Hotel Management. The institute shall provide the Student with accommodation (room - shared by other participants) and 3 daily meals, for the entire length of the training along with insurance during training schedule.

Please remember that this list of documents required is not exhaustive and the embassy can ask for any additional document from the student. All the documents have to be carried in original at the time of Interview.

For Nepali and Bangladeshi candidates, education documents are also required to be apostiled from their Ministry of Foreign affairs in addition to other documentary requirements outlined below.

Document required for Student Visa Application

• Two recent passport size photographs.
  
• Passport with a validity of six months from the date of entry into Greece.
  
• Previous passport or passports may also be requested.
  
• Affidavit of sponsorship.

This affidavit will be provided by the school. (Certificate from Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of admission of student in Hospitality Management School, will be provided by us).

• Proof of sufficient funds: income tax returns, bank statement, salary slip (last two years).The student should show a minimum of Rs three lakhs of liquid funds in their accounts or their parents account. If the liquid funds cannot be shown a bank loan sanction letter will also do.

To be provided by the student, we shall provide students with a certificate of admission in our School.

• Receipt of tuition fee deposited with a particular institute in Greece, will be provided by the School.
• Police clearance certificate and medical fitness certificate should be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs, Consular Division, Patiala House, New Delhi.
  
• Certificates of studies from the earlier classes to latest ones with mark sheets
  
• Certification of knowledge of the English language.

Either English as a subject in Class 12th Certificate or IELTs cleared certificate will suffice.
