In order to simplify the wide variety of employees we can provide, we have established four main departments: Health Care, Hospitality, Highly Qualified Professionals and an Unskilled and Skilled Labor Department.

• Professionals : Recruitment of highly educated and experienced professionals who can meet your business goals in several areas.
  
• Health care : Recruitment of medical personnel such as nurses, prospective employees of community homes (public and private) trained in taking special care of elderly people.
  
• Hospitality : If you are looking for hospitality staff, we have individuals with requisite experience who are ready to fill positions as chefs, cooks, waiters, waitresses, bartenders, cleaners, etc.
  
• Unskilled & Skilled workers : If there is a demand for hard working employees, we can locate a variety of skilled and unskilled laborers who can fill a number of occupations from packers to cleaners and seasonal workers to factory workers.

Documentation Required

We require the following documents from the Overseas Employer in order for us to successfully carry out the Recruitment Drive in India Demand Letter for the number of personnel required mentioning, quantity, salary, duration of contract, other benefits, terms & conditions etc. Power of Attorney from the 'Employer' in the name of Westside HR Consultants Pvt Ltd, authorizing us to advertise, recruit and deploy the required personnel on their behalf. Original Specimen Employment Contract between the employer and the employee. The above documents must be duly signed by the employer along with the company seal affixed at the bottom
